We offer a wide range of tailored consulting services.

This project was a combination of beauty, design & compliance to achieve a magnificent place of assembly building that will serve the religious community for years to come.
The building involved a fully fire separated residence for the parish priest, main church hall and associated family rooms with fully functional commerical kitchen. As part of bringing the design into conformity, performance solutions for
accessibility, cladding and egress were utilised to ensure occupant health, amenity and safety.

The existing allotment apartment buildings were demolished to make way for ten fire separated SOU's for occupants with high physical needs via the national disability insurance scheme (NDIS).
Each SOU contains a beautiful courtyard for relaxing, step free entry, useful and thoughtful spaces, compliant facilities and a carers quarters, all with a mediterranean feel throughout attributed to the soft colour pallets and earthy materials.
Various performance solutions for step-free entry, fire safety and energy provisions have been adopted to ensure the design didn't have to fit into the box.

Storage facilities are generally straightforward to assess and approve under the BCA.
However, this project proved the opposite, with limited flow and pressure in the water authority's system, a design change was made by the applicant mid application to strategically alter the design to achieve compliant compartmentation less than 500m2 to avoid the need for active fire suppression.
