Managing Director
Colin's goal is to create a more user friendly experience for all project stakeholders. With his vast technical knowledge and previous experience gained as a carpenter for a collective 5 years, he is well placed to assist with a wide range of construction-related queries. His specialities lay within the areas of construction legal framework, commercial & bespoke construction where compliance pathways can feel complicated. His clear and direct communication style, efficient work ethic and critical thinking abilities have enabled him to assist many stakeholders within the building industry.
Outside of work, Colin is a devoted father of his two young school-aged children. He enjoys travelling, hiking, mountain biking, scuba diving and spending time with friends and family.
Cadet Building Surveyor
Nicole joined the Codesure team in July 2026, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a strong grounding in accounting and administration from running her and her husband's refrigeration and plumbing business.
She is two-thirds of the way through her Bachelor of Building Surveying at Victoria University, earning high distinctions throughout, and is working toward BPC registration as she builds her knowledge of the profession.
Outside the office, Nicole keeps a full life — raising two young children, running a local farm, competing in roller derby, and studying part-time. When she gets a spare moment, she's usually in the kitchen with produce from her own garden or out on the property with her husband.
